The Assistant Manager (RF / Microwave) Engineer will support the development of RF and microwave products from design to testing and commissioning. This position is ideal for fresh graduates with solid RF fundamentals having eager to gain hands-on experience under the mentorship of senior engineer.

·      Assist in designing and fabricating RF components (mixers, filters, LNAs, SDR, etc.).

·      Use RF simulation tools (ADS, CST Studio, HFSS, AWR) to analyze circuits.

·      Participate in prototype development, layout and component selection.

·      Perform testing and validation with industry-standard RF testing equipment.

·      Troubleshoot and optimize designs under supervision.

·      Collaborate with senior engineers on integration and system-level testing.

·      Contribute to technical documentation and project reports.

·      Bachelor’s in Electrical / Electronics / Avionics Engineering (minimum CGPA 3.0).

·      Degree preferably from HEC-recognized or reputable foreign institute.

·      Candidates with up to 02 years of relevant experience will be preferred.

·      Fresh graduates with strong RF / Microwave fundamentals may apply.

·      Strong foundation in RF/Microwave Engineering.

·      Familiarity with simulation tools (ADS, AWR, CST, HFSS).

·      Knowledge of analog RF circuits (mixers, filters, LNAs).

·      Basic hands-on experience with PME (VNA, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters).

·      Familiarity with antenna systems and wireless communication standards.

·      Good analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.

 

Additional Notes

 ·      6-month probation including 2-3 months of structured training.

·      Final appointment to be confirmed after successful probation.
