To oversee surveillance, assessment, and performance monitoring of subcontracted design activities, ensuring adherence to DOH procedures and ANO-021 expectations.

·        Conduct audits and evaluations of subcontracted design organizations.

·        Review subcontractor design documentation for conformity with DOH and ANO-021.

·        Maintain subcontractor approval status and performance records.

·        Identify performance issues and coordinate corrective actions with subcontractors and internal departments.

·        Maintain subcontractor compliance documentation and records for audits and oversight.

·        Support procurement and design management in evaluating subcontractor technical capability.

·        Any other duties assigned by CEO ADIC.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

·        Preferably 03 years’ experience in supplier oversight or subcontractor surveillance within aerospace.

·        Understanding of design processes, Part-21J procedures, and ANO-021 compliance basics.

·        Strong audit capability.

·        Effective communication and negotiation skills.

·        Ability to assess technical and procedural compliance of external organizations.
