To maintain and coordinate safety and risk assessment processes related to design activities, ensuring hazards are identified, assessed, and monitored in accordance with DOH and ANO-021 expectations.

·        Maintain and update design-related safety and risk registers.

·        Conduct hazard analyses and safety impact assessments for design activities.

·        Track mitigation actions and ensure timely closure of safety-related actions.

·        Participate in safety reviews and provide risk-based input to management.

·        Maintain safety-related documentation for internal and regulatory oversight.

·        Promote safety awareness and procedural discipline across engineering teams.

·        Any other duties assigned by CEO ADIC.

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Avionics or Aeronautical Engineering.

·        Preferably 03 years’ experience in system safety or risk assessment within aerospace design environments.

·        Familiarity with hazard assessment methods and Part-21J /ANO-021 safety requirements.

·        Strong analytical and risk-based thinking.

·        Clear communication and structured documentation ability.

·        High attention to detail and organizational discipline.
