The Assistant Manager (Systems) will be responsible for system level-design, integration and optimization of complex engineering problems into reliable solutions. This role requires a strong multidisciplinary background, analytical skills and collaboration across hardware, software and RF engineering domains. 

·      Translate user requirements into technical design specifications for hardware and software.

·      Design for system integration and development of ICDs.

·      Design for building configuration management and testing of experimental setups.

·      Engineering support for simulation and modelling.

·      Integration of multi-disciplinary subsystems and components into functional systems and solutions.

·      Performance validation, stress testing and failure mode analysis of underdevelopment systems and solutions.

·      Troubleshooting of prototype failures and calibrations and life cycle support of experimental solutions.

·      Design and development of system diagrams, test plans and technical performance evaluation mechanisms

·      Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality assurance protocols and regulatory guidelines

·      Conduct of risk assessment and implementation of mitigation strategies.

·      BS / MS /PhD degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field with a focus on System Engineering (minimum CGPA 3.0).

·      Degree preferably from HEC-recognized or reputable foreign institute.  

·      2 - 3 years in system level-design, integration and optimization.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in RF/digital system.

·      Hands-on experience with PME (Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters and Signal Generators).

·      Adequate knowledge of mechanical engineering.

·      Understanding of hardware-software integration.

·      Excellent communication and documentation skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 ·      6-month probation including 2-3 months of structured training.

·      Final appointment to be confirmed after successful probation.
