The Assistant Manager (DSP) will assist in the design, development and implementation of DSP algorithms and systems. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers with a solid background in DSP theory, algorithm development and real-time implementation on embedded platforms. The engineer will work closely with senior DSP engineers and cross-functional teams. 

·      Develop software solutions for Fourier transforms, channelizer architectures, wide band IQ recording and streaming applications.

·      Work with LabVIEW to design applications and user interfaces.

·      Contribute to SDR hardware-based RF system integration.

·      Perform system-level tasks (hardware specifications, troubleshooting, testing).

·      Apply DSP techniques on National Instruments and custom SDR platforms.

·      Develop applications on VSA, USRP and Analog Devices SDR solutions.

·      Prepare technical documentation to support design and integration.

·      Collaborate with teams to align DSP algorithms with overall system requirements.

·      Bachelor’s / MS in Electrical / Electronics / Avionics Engineering (minimum CGPA 3.0).

·      Degree preferably from HEC-recognized or reputable foreign institute.

·      Candidates with up to 02 years of experience in DSP algorithm development and implementation will be preferred.

·      Fresh graduates with strong DSP fundamentals may also apply.

·      Strong background in RF and Microwave systems.

·      Hands-on with embedded platforms.

·      SDR-based RF system development experience.

·      Programming skills in LabVIEW (Host/FPGA), GNU Radio, Embedded C/C++, Python, Verilog HDL.

·      Experience with signal acquisition/transmission on SDR boards, RF SoC and Xilinx FPGAs.

·      Strong analytical, troubleshooting and optimization skills.

·      Solid documentation and communication abilities.

 

Additional Notes

·      6-month probation including 2-3 months of structured training.

·      Final appointment to be confirmed after successful probation.
