The Manager (RF / MW) will lead the design, development, testing and optimization of advanced RF and Microwave systems. The role requires expertise in high- frequency circuit design, antennas and simulation tools, contributing to next-generation communication and high-power transmitter solutions.

·      Design and fabricate RF front-end components (Mixers, filters, LNAs, SDR, etc.).

·      Develop robust RF architecture for high performance direction finding (DF) receivers.

·      Utilize advance simulations tools (ADS, CST Studio, HFSS, AWR) for optimization.

·      Implement design through careful layout, component selection and prototyping.

·      Conduct rigorous testing and validation using industry standards RF test equipment.

·      Troubleshoot and refine design based on lab results and performance metrics.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level compatibility.

·      Prepare detailed technical documentation for design, fabrication, testing and integration.

·      PhD / MS in Electrical / Electronic or Avionics Engineering (minimum CGPA 3.0).

·      Degree preferably from HEC-recognized or reputable foreign institutes. 

·      Minimum 5+  years of relevant experience in RF / Microwave design and development. 

·      Strong background in RF and Microwave Engineering.

·      Proficiency in ADS, AWR, CST Studio and HFSS.

·      Expertise in analog circuit design (receivers, mixers, filters & LNAs).

·      Hands-on expertise with PME (Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters and Signal Generators).

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.

 

Additional Notes

 ·      6-month probation including 2-3 months of structured training.

·      Final appointment to be confirmed after successful probation.
