Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance) will be responsible to oversee the organization’s Quality Management System, ensuring full conformity with ISO 9001, AS9100, EASA, PCAA and ICAO regulations within a design and development environment. Lead internal, supplier, and process audits; manage the Non-Conformance Reporting system, root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement through KPI and first-pass-yield monitoring. Ensure strict configuration control and regulatory alignment of all technical documentation, work instructions and manuals. Act as a key quality interface for subcontractor and parts supplier qualification while proactively integrating evolving aerospace authority requirements into the QMS.

·        Responsible for verifying that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to ISO / AS9100 / EASA regulations and customer requirements, with a process-oriented focus on system compliance.

·        Plans and executes internal audits, QA inspections of training records, departmental procedures, implementation, and technical documentation to identify gaps and non-conformities.

·        Monitors regulatory changes from authorities such as ISO 9001, AS 9100, EASA, PCAA & ICAO and updates the QMS accordingly to maintain ongoing certifications.

·        Performs vendor audits for subcontractors and parts suppliers ensuring the supply chain meets aerospace quality standards.

·        Manages the Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) system, Validations of root cause analysis and verifies the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

·        Tracks key performance indicators and first pass yield to drive continuous improvement.

·        Ensures all work instructions and manuals remain under strict document control with proper versioning, access rights and change history.

·        Performs any other related duties as assigned by management.

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering in Avionics/Electronics/Aerospace/Mechanical field.

·        3–5 years of hands-on quality assurance experience in an aerospace environment.

·        Preference will be given to the personnel having Software Quality Assurance experience.

·        Lead auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001) is strongly preferred.
